Custom AI systems

We build the thing that does the job.

You already know which job eats your week. Probably the quote you meant to chase on Tuesday and still have not. We build the system that does it properly, so you do not have to hire another person to do it.

You have already bought enough software. What none of it does is the actual job.

No surprise invoices
Everything you will ever be charged, once or every month, is on the scope page before we start. Nothing gets added to it afterwards.
The price comes first
One page saying what it will do, what it will not do, and what it costs. If it is not on that page, you do not owe it.
You watch it work before you agree to anything
Not a slide deck. The running system, doing your kind of job, while you are on the call.

The jobs we take off your desk.

Every system starts from a job somebody is currently doing by hand, so no two builds are the same. These are four we get asked for most. If the one eating your week is not here, that is what the call is for.

Answers your enquiries

An enquiry at eleven at night gets a proper reply, not a holding message. It asks the next sensible question and offers a time in your calendar.

Chases your quotes

A quote nobody follows up is a quote you wrote for nothing. This one follows up on the schedule you set, and stops the moment you say stop.

Follows up unpaid invoices

Polite, dated, and copied to you every time, so you know what has already been said before you pick up the phone.

Sorts your inbox

Reads everything overnight, flags the few that need you, files the rest. You open a shorter inbox.

Two more usually come along with the rest: booking work into your calendar, and the Monday email telling you what happened last week.

Three ways to get it done

Do it yourself and it costs your week. Hire someone and it costs a salary, every year, forever. Build it once and it just runs.

It works at three in the morning, at weekends, and it never needs chasing.

Two working days

From the call to a fixed price in writing, for a scope that fits on one page. Not an hourly rate, and not an estimate that moves once the work starts.

Every build is priced on what it has to do, so the number is yours rather than a list price. We build for businesses of roughly five to fifty people. Some of what we build gets handed over and is then yours to run, some of it we run for you, and which applies to your build is settled on that same page.

What actually happens.

  1. Step one

    A call

Half an hour. You describe your week, we ask where it goes wrong, and we tell you whether this is worth building.

  2. Step two

    A written scope

One page. What it will do, what it will not do, the price, and the date it will be finished.

  3. Step three

    The build

Usually two to four weeks. You see it running on your own kind of work before you pay the balance.

  4. Step four

    It goes live

Documentation, the logins you need, and a month of us watching it closely in case it does something daft. It runs in your accounts on your own data, and you can switch it off without asking us.

Nothing to prepare. Not every business needs a build, and we would rather tell you that on the call than after.

Tell us where the week goes.

One reply from a person, usually within a day. You will not be added to a mailing list.
Rather pick a time yourself? Book the call direct.
